NEVF 2024 Venue & Policies
The New England VegFest is held at Worcester State University (WSU), located at 486 Chandler Street in Worcester, Massachusetts.
The festival takes place in and around WSU’s state-of-the-art Wellness Center and features two large indoor exhibit halls as well as outdoor space on Binienda Green. Featured speakers will be in the Ghosh Center Lecture Hall and workshops will be in the classrooms on the second floor of the Wellness Center.
Please note that NEVF takes place rain or shine. All activities, and the majority of exhibitors, are inside, and outdoor exhibitors should bring tents.

Campus Map & Parking
Parking for the event is free at WSU in any surface lot or the garage, and on-street parking is also available in the area. See parking lots and location of Wellness Center below (Building 7 on map).

Dogs
Leashed, well-behaved dogs are allowed outside at WSU - please clean up after your dogs if you bring them. Only service animals are allowed inside of buildings.
No Suitcasing Policy
NEVF has a zero tolerance policy regarding "suitcasing" in which non-exhibiting/non-sponsoring companies or individuals attempt to promote or sell their products, services, or events to attendees or vendors. NEVF reserves the right to remove such individuals from the event.
