The 2024 NEVF Kids Corner featured book readings by NEVF volunteers as well as special guest Morgan Kerchner, author of A Year of Moons. Children were also able to make an animal headband craft and participate in our kids scavenger hunt.

Morgan Kerchner
Morgan Kerchner is a passionate author and illustrator based in Holden, Massachusetts. From a young age, she has been captivated by the magic and whimsy of picture books, using her creativity to tell stories through words and art. Her dedication to veganism and love for animals have inspired her work, including content creation and graphic design for vegan organizations.
With her debut book, A Year of Moons, Morgan aims to delight children and adults alike while weaving in messages of compassion and protection for animals and the natural world.
